Who you are dealing with

What you get

A website: the pages you approved, working on phones and on computers, with your texts and your photos, and the basic setup a search engine needs to find you.

Not covered by the build price: the domain name, email addresses and Sky Care. Each one is listed separately below.

We build from the material you send us. Until you send it we use what is publicly available and you correct us — nothing goes online before you have seen it.

Before we start: your written confirmation

Before we accept your order we send you a written order confirmation. It names the buyer and the seller, the pages and features we agreed, the material you need to send us, the date you get the finished draft, the date the site is published, every optional item, and the exact total price.

Your order becomes binding only when you approve that confirmation in writing. Until then nothing is owed and nothing is charged.

When it is finished

You see a finished draft first. You tell us what to change, we change it, and the site goes live only after you approve it.

The date of the finished draft is in your order confirmation. If we cannot hold it, you hear it from us before it passes, not after.

After your payment is confirmed we publish the approved website at the agreed domain within five working days, and hand you the website files and the access to them.

What it costs

The build: 2,000 THB as an introductory price through 31 August 2026, and 6,000 THB from 1 September 2026. It is paid once and covers the build only.

Sky Universe Group Co., Ltd. is not registered for VAT. No VAT is charged and none is added. The amount in your order confirmation is the total amount you pay.

Hosting is included in the build price. There is no recurring hosting charge, and Sky Care is not needed to keep your website online. You keep the domain registration active.

Domain and email: charged separately, once a year, at the price the registrar charges. We tell you that price before every registration and every renewal.

Sky Care: optional, monthly, from 500 THB a month, for changes, fixes, backups, monitoring and support.

How you pay

You pay after you have seen the finished website and approved it. Never before.

Payment runs on sky-universe.com through our payment provider Stripe. We never ask for card details in a chat, in an email or on the phone.

Your receipt

Sky Universe Group Co., Ltd. issues your receipt — not only the payment provider — and emails it to the address you gave us as soon as the payment goes through.

It shows the buyer, the seller, the date of purchase and the delivery date. If it does not arrive, write to admin@sky-universe.com and we send it again.

If you are buying as a private person

If you are not buying for a trade or business, and the Thai Direct Sales and Direct Marketing Act applies to your purchase, you may cancel in writing within seven days after you receive the website service. An email or a LINE message is enough.

We refund the full amount you paid within fifteen days of receiving your cancellation, to the same payment method you used.

If you change your mind

Before you pay: stop at any point and you owe us nothing. The draft was free and it stays free.

If we miss the delivery date: you can cancel by email or by LINE, and we return every amount you paid for that website within fifteen days, by the route it came.

After you pay: if we do not deliver the website we confirmed, you get the full amount back. One email to admin@sky-universe.com is enough.

Domain and email fees are non-refundable only as far as the law allows, and only once we have registered them with your written approval beforehand.

What stays yours

Your domain, your texts, your photos and your business data are yours. If you leave, you take them with you.

After you have paid in full, you keep a permanent right to use, copy, change and move the finished website files we made for your order. Third-party software and material stay under their own licences.

The sample websites we build unasked are made from public OpenStreetMap data. If you would rather not appear, tell us and yours is gone the same day.
